1. Scope

2. Conclusion of the contract

(1) The product descriptions in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the “Buy now” button, you are placing a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
(3) The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by e-mail or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and shipping costs

(1) All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT.
(2) Shipping costs are displayed during the order process.
(3) For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.

4th delivery

(1) Delivery is made via our partners and suppliers (dropshipping).
(2) Delivery times may vary depending on the product and country of origin and are indicated in the product description.
(3) If an item is unavailable, you will be informed immediately.

5. Payment

Payment can be made via one of the following methods:

  • PayPal

  • Mollie (SEPA, Sofort, Klarna)

  • Shopify Payments

We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.
In the case of obvious defects, the customer is obliged to report these immediately upon receipt of the goods.

9. Liability

We are only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
We are only liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

10. Digital Products & Downloads

The following applies to digital products (e.g., 3D printing files, digital planners, etc.):
Once the purchase process is complete, you will receive access to the files.
Once the download has been made available, a cancellation is not possible if you have expressly agreed to it.

11. Dropshipping & Suppliers

We work with selected partners and suppliers worldwide.
In some cases, orders may arrive in several partial deliveries.

13. Jurisdiction and applicable law

German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Leipzig, insofar as legally permissible.

14. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
