Shipping information

We ship our products within Germany and to selected European countries.
Since many of our products are shipped directly from our partners and manufacturers via dropshipping , delivery times may vary depending on the product.

We place great importance on reliable and transparent delivery and will inform you about every step of your order via email.

Shipping methods

Depending on the product and storage location, shipping is handled by different shipping providers, e.g.:

  • DHL

  • German postal service

  • Hermes

  • DPD

  • or international partner services (e.g. YunExpress, 4PX, AliExpress Logistics)

Delivery times

The delivery time is usually:

  • Germany: 7–15 working days

  • EU countries: 10–20 working days

For international deliveries or custom orders, the delivery time can be up to 25 working days .

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before the order is completed.
Shipping may be free for orders above a certain value (e.g. €75) – provided it is stated accordingly.

Partial deliveries

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped in partial deliveries to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
This will not incur any additional shipping costs for you.

Shipping tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number (tracking link), if available.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete.
Should a delivery be unsuccessful due to incorrect address information, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of resending the shipment.

Shipping partners & warehouse locations

Depending on the product, shipping may be from the following countries:

  • Germany

  • Netherlands

  • Poland

  • Spain

  • China (dropshipping products with extended delivery times)

We always choose the fastest possible shipping method to minimize delivery time.
