Cancellation policy & returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
You can use the sample cancellation form attached below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you – including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option) – without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to our return address without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The buyer bears the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs,

• for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,

• for the delivery of digital content (downloads) , provided that the provision has begun and you have expressly agreed that the right of withdrawal expires.
